Nati, founder of @sunshinelifeyoga has over 10 years of experience in yoga, and teaches both adults and children. She will be guiding us through breathwork, asana and meditation throughout our retreat.
Wellness Coach
Rikki
Rikki, the founder of @thecocoonwellness retreats company, is a wellness coach with over 5 years experience in working with women globally, she facilitates intuitive healing practices, writing workshops and plant assisted therapies.
Intuitive Healer
Tiffany
Tiffany, founder of @neyoga.co.uk facilitates Yoga Nidra, mindful movement, energy healing and restorative practices. She combines these therapies to bring balance and connection with self, to cultivate inner peace, power and self love.
